The conservative Times of London to some extent is trying to figure out something that many critics wonder film.
This is what they write:
"The rest of New Moon has to do with Bella's growing relationship with the muscular Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). The latter however, telegraphed another allegory, is struggling with his sexual orientation and eventually refuses to change Bella to wearing outrageous four short shorts and torn jeans that also have an oiled torso bus. 'It is not a lifestyle choice, Bella! I was born this way "he says, before flying to the woods with the muscular guys-they are also wolves, but the hysterical emotional register of the film, this is of secondary importance."
